Getting Started

  • Review our fundraising toolkit.
  • Complete an application to submit your organization’s event for review (at least 90 days before your event.)
  • If your event is approved, a representative will contact you to complete final documents, including a photo consent form.

    A third-party fundraising event is conducted by an individual, group or organization in the community with proceeds to benefit the Spartanburg Regional Foundation or a department or initiative of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System.

  • Who can conduct an event?

    Individuals and organizations can host an independent fundraising event to support the Spartanburg Regional Foundation. These can be grateful patients and families, civic organizations, churches, schools, businesses, government agencies ... anyone in the community can hold an event to support the areas of greatest need or a specific program of your choice.

  • Where will my donation go?

    There are many funds, specialties, programs and services at Spartanburg Regional Foundation and Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System that your donation can support. If you have a passion for a specific area, we will work with you to ensure your donation goes directly to that area.
